Welcome to City of Hiram's
new and first ever K9 Cop, Kelby! "Kelby",
a three year old German Shepherd, shown here with his handler Officer Keith Bowles, was donated to the Hiram PD by a citizen
and the training was donated by local trainer Trey Williams. Paulding Humane Society has sponsored "Kelby's" Veterinarian care as part of our medical fund and are so proud of his graduation. Shortly after earning his badge, "Kelby" made his first arrest.
