Mission
Statement To reduce the unwanted animal population in our community through promoting Spay, Neuter and Adoption and to support
the needs of the Paulding County Animal Control Shelter and the many wonderful pets housed there.
Paulding Humane Society, Inc.
is a non-profit humane organization dedicated to finding homes for the many wonderful pets that pass through the doors of
the Paulding County Animal Control Facility.
Community education on the importance of spaying and neutering is a priority.
The answer to our pet overpopulation problems can only come from the source, the irresponsible
pet owner. Please encourage your family and friends to do the right thing, spay and neuter your pets!
Assistance is provided for those in financial need. Please contact us for further information at: 770-443-3565
or e-mail info@pauldinghumane.org.
The
Paulding Humane Society is an all-volunteer group. We are not an animal shelter, nor do we accept animals from
the public.
Please contact the Paulding County Animal Control Shelter for adoptions
or surrender and matters concerning leash laws or animal welfare situations at 770-445-1511.
Since 1993 we have worked closely with the county animal control facility to provide
equipment and medical needs which the county does not furnish. Through fundraising and donations, we are able to create a
more humane environment for the hundreds of abandoned and unwanted pets which enter those doors each month.
Visitors & Adoptions Always Welcome! We're Open every weekday
& weekend except Wednesday, 12 noon to 5pm. You're sure to always find a warm welcome!
